ASPINA Electric Two-Finger Grippers

ASPINA Electric Two-Finger Grippers

The ASPINA ARH250D-P40, ARH250D-P80, ARH205D-P40, and ARH205D-P80 are electric two-finger grippers for handling rectangular components, circuit boards, and box-shaped workpieces. All four models feature adjustable gripping parameters, replaceable fingers, and a hollow channel for cable or tube routing. ARH250D provides higher-force handling, while ARH205D offers a lower-force option for lightweight and delicate parts. The Aspina DOBOT+ plug-in supports connection setup, status retrieval, and basic gripping control on compatible DOBOT CRA and Nova series robots.

Product Highlights

  • Wide Opening Range
P40 models provide a maximum opening width of 73 mm, while P80 models provide 150 mm, allowing selection based on workpiece size and application requirements.

  • Adjustable Gripping Parameters
The grippers support adjustable gripping force, position, and operating speed. ARH250D models provide higher gripping force, while ARH205D models support lower-force handling of lightweight and delicate parts.

  • Hollow Channel and Replaceable Fingers
The central hollow channel accommodates cable or tube routing for optional equipment. Replaceable fingers allow workpiece-specific finger shapes, with additional components selected for the application.

  • DOBOT+ Integration
The Aspina DOBOT+ plug-in provides connection setup and testing, status retrieval, and basic gripping control through DobotStudio Pro for supported CRA and Nova series robots.

Application

Pick-and-Place
Transfers rectangular components, circuit boards, and box-shaped workpieces between workstations, with gripping conditions selected for the workpiece geometry, material, and weight.

Small-Box Palletizing
Handles and stacks small boxes using a model and finger configuration selected for the box dimensions, weight, and gripping conditions.

Maximum opening widths apply with standard fingers installed. Gripping force is a typical value for one finger at an opening angle of 50°. Gripping weights apply when approaching the workpiece from above and depend on finger and workpiece materials and geometry. The robot’s payload limits also apply. Body dimensions exclude moving parts. Opening/closing times refer to a full-stroke movement.
