Atlas Copco Power Focus Ecosystem

CRA Series Collaborative Robot

The Power Focus series from Atlas Copco takes productivity and connectivity to entirely new levels. It connects a wide range of Atlas Copco tools, giving you one controller platform for all your assembly needs. Using Virtual Stations, multiple tools can be operated from one single controller with different tightening settings. The perfect solution for your smart integrated assembly operation.

Product Highlights

  • Controller-Based Tightening

    Tightening programs are configured on the Atlas Copco controller for compatible tools and joints. The robot workflow calls the required Pset for each tightening operation.

  • Individual Tool Settings with Virtual Stations

    Virtual Stations assign compatible tools their own programs and process settings while sharing a controller platform. Available capacity and functions depend on tool support, controller software and licensing.

  • Touchscreen and Browser Configuration

    A 7-inch touchscreen and Web HMI provide local and browser-based access to the controller. Configuration and monitoring are available through the Atlas Copco controller interface.

  • DobotBlockly and Script Support

    The Atlas plug-in provides DobotBlockly blocks and Script commands for Pset execution, DO triggering, latest tightening torque and angle retrieval, and command error-code reading.

Application

  • Robotic Fastener Tightening

    Assembly of screw and bolted joints with compatible electric tightening tools, using controller-defined programs matched to the selected tool and joint requirements.
