  The built-in electric vacuum pump generates suction without an external compressor or separate vacuum source. One M8 cable carries power and control signals to the gripper.

• Local Vacuum Monitoring
  An integrated pressure sensor and display show vacuum conditions directly on the gripper. An adjustable suction confirmation threshold provides feedback when the configured vacuum level is reached.

• Flexible Gripping Configurations
  Compatible suction pads can be selected for the workpiece. Medium versions support balloon hand configurations, while optional pad adapters provide multiple suction points.

• DOBOT+ Control
  The DOBOT+ plug-in supports connection setup and testing, status monitoring, and suction and release commands, providing the basic functions needed for vacuum handling with supported DOBOT robots.

Pick-and-Place Handling
Vacuum pickup and transfer of workpieces using suitable suction pads, with balloon hand configurations and multi-pad adapters available for different workpiece geometries.

Specifications

Threaded vacuum pad connections apply to vacuum pad versions. Additional pads, adapters, and mounting accessories change the installed mass.

CONVUM specifies a maximum continuous suction period of 10 minutes, followed by a non-suction period at least as long as the suction period, corresponding to a duty cycle of 50% or less.
