REIKU cable protection kits route and protect external cables and hoses on DOBOT collaborative robots. Each robot-specific configuration combines corrugated conduit with mounting components to guide lines along the arm and toward the end effector. Three configurations are available for applications that prioritize flexibility, flame retardancy, or electrostatic control and cleanroom use. Component selection, conduit length, and mounting arrangements are defined in the configuration list for the applicable robot model.
High Flexibility Configuration
The HF configuration uses PURRB corrugated conduit for dynamic robot applications involving repeated bending and changing cable paths. Mounting components guide the conduit along the robot arm.
Flame Retardant Configuration
The flame-retardant configuration uses PARRB conduit for applications with flame-retardancy requirements. The corresponding component list specifies the mounting hardware and conduit length for each robot model.
Anti-static and Cleanroom Configuration
The ESD/IPA configuration uses LPRRB conduit for applications with electrostatic control and cleanroom requirements. Suitability depends on the selected components and the conditions of the complete installation.
Robot-Specific Mounting Components
Arm mounts, gripping clamps, jaws, and axis-6 holders are specified by robot model. The configuration lists identify component quantities, conduit lengths, and optional items where applicable.
End-of-Arm Cable and Hose Routing
Routes and protects cables and hoses serving end-of-arm equipment during robot motion, using the configuration matched to the robot model and operating environment.
| Configuration | Corrugated Conduit | Documentation |
|---|---|---|
| High Flexibility (HF) | PURRB-29G | High Flexibility Configuration List |
| Flame Retardant (UL) | PARRB-29G | Flame Retardant Configuration List |
| Anti-static and Cleanroom (ESD/IPA) | LPRRB-29G | Anti-static and Cleanroom Configuration List |
Component selection, quantities, conduit lengths, and optional items are specified separately for each robot model in the corresponding configuration list.
| Robot Series | Models Covered by the Configuration Lists |
|---|---|
| CRA series | CR3A, CR5A, CR7A, CR10A, CR12A, CR16A, CR20A |
