Schmalz MATCH End-of-Arm-Ecosystem

CRA Series Collaborative Robot

The End-of-Arm Ecosystem MATCH is a multifunctional platform for applications in the areas of PickPlace, mobile robotics, order picking, the pharmaceutical industry as well as in the packaging industry. Standardized interfaces allow switching between different vacuum grippers and mechanical grippers - automated in a storage station or manually by an ergonomic one-hand click system.

Quick-change module option:

  1. Quick-change module RMQC 50 UNI DIO LED M8-8 PNP MATCH
    Digital I/O, PNP, universal version.
    Part no.: 10.08.09.00045.

The robot-side mounting and electrical connections must be confirmed for the selected DOBOT robot model.

 

Available grippers of the MATCH series:

  1. Electric vacuum generator ECBPi MATCH
    Set includes the vacuum generator, SFF / SPB1 suction cups, a USB stick with software, and a flange with a G1/4" female thread for suction cup connection.

  2. Electric vacuum generator ECBPMi MATCH
    Set includes the vacuum generator, SFF / SPB1 suction cups, and a USB stick with software.

  3. Pneumatic vacuum generator RECBi MATCH — single-circuit versions (1C)
    Available configurations:

    • Vacuum generator with a pre-mounted PXR-I or PXR-X gripper and SPB1 suction cups.

    • Vacuum generator with a connection flange for the PXT modular gripper system.

    • Vacuum generator with a pre-mounted universal connection plate.

  4. MATCH-compatible mechanical grippers from Zimmer Group
    Select a gripper version compatible with the digital I/O interface of the robot-side module.

The robot-side quick-change module and the gripper assembly must be ordered separately. Optional storage stations hold unused grippers and enable automated tool changes.
