Zimmer Group MATCH End-of-Arm-Ecosystem

CRA Series Collaborative Robot

The End-of-Arm Ecosystem MATCH is a multifunctional platform for applications in the areas of PickPlace, mobile robotics, order picking, the pharmaceutical industry as well as in the packaging industry. Standardized interfaces allow switching between different mechanical grippers and vacuum grippers - automated in a storage station or manually by an ergonomic one-hand click system.

• Anti-rotation device for clear orientation between robot-module and gripper
• Hot-pluggable quick-change system under voltage during operation
• Versatile gripper selection: Electric grippers for collaborative as well for industrial applications. Gripping forces for secure handling in the range of CR3A to CR16A and Nova robots. Compatible to vacuum generators of Schmalz.

Robot module and gripper have to be ordered separately. Storage stations are optionally available for providing grippers not in use during automated changing.
