KEYENCE XG, CV-X, XG-X, and VS series provide imaging and processing tools for industrial machine vision. For supported 2D robot vision configurations, Ethernet communication and Lua scripts connect the vision system with DOBOT CRA series robots. The integration supports communication, calibration workflows, and positioning-data exchange for application-specific robot guidance. Vision tasks are configured in the appropriate KEYENCE software, while robot motion and application logic are developed in DobotStudio Pro. Applicable scripts and setup procedures depend on the selected series and hardware configuration.
The THK PRS-A is an articulated robotic gripper designed for individual item picking. Its four fingers and 12 independently controlled axes accommodate items with different shapes, sizes, and orientations. Fingertip sensors support grip-force adjustment and detection of grasped or dropped items. Integration with DOBOT CRA series robots is available through the DOBOT+ plug-in, enabling the gripper to be incorporated into supported DOBOT picking applications.
