DOBOT Magician E6 has been assisting the key aspects of PhD student Carol Pradeep's project on intelligent assembly of precision objects. Efficient trajectory replication technology simplifies the process of planning complex trajectories and can also be adapted to specific needs, excelling in handling a large amount of customized movements. Multi-language SDK support, graphical programming applicability and fast response capability also optimize the flexibility and smoothness of the overall study, significantly saving the time in iterative testing of the adaptive assembly, and helping to improve the core competitiveness.

 

 

Focusing on low-cost methods of calibrating robots, Yu Xuan, another PhD student, explains the distinctive advantages of DOBOT CR5. Unlike traditional methods using laser trackers, the CR5 collaborative robot not only eliminates the high cost, but also provides extremely high repeatable positioning accuracy by unrivaled low speeds, providing flexible and safe deployment for on-site robot calibration operations. As he mentioned, “It's very useful for my project because I need to adjust the indicator to 0.01mm.”
